Manny Hurwitz - violin teacher at the Royal Academy of Music. The most sublime violinist, and chamber musician, and a wonderful, kind gentle man. I could not receive a better compliment than to be told I sounded like Manny.
Peter Sheppard - another extraordinary violinist who started the Parnassus String Ensemble, and asked me to be a founding member.
Peter Mapleson - musical director, conductor, author, pianist. A wonderfully funny and talented musician, who believed in me.
Phil Hartl - the best violinist I have worked with. So versatile and knowledgeable. I learned so much watching him work.
Will Ackerman and Corin Nelson - for bringing out the best improvisations in me, and honouring the sound of the instrument.
Fiona Joy Hawkins - composer of stunningly beautiful music, who pushes me out of my comfort zone! A wonderful musician and friend.
